A month’s worth of 25 cents meals

In my first month working for Project Khmer H.O.P.E. I counted at least 50 different dishes, all cost about 25 cents each.

Pictured above is “Chaa Kedai” (stir-fry) which is a Cambodian version of green curry – brinjal, mint leaves, chicken and spices.

It is delicious and many students count it as their favorite.

But everything else is also really quite edible.
