Namibia long distance
After Mongolia, Namibia is the least densely populated country in the world (2.5 inhabitants per square kilometre) – according to wikipedia.
What that means is that you can spend the whole day on the road going from town to town and hardly see more than a dozen people. Most tourists can afford to rent their own private vehicle or are on a overland tour.
If you don’t, like us,
This is the local long-distance bus –
with a caravan trailing behind to carry the luggage of the passengers. The music inside is often LOUD.
